Updating records

Let us know if you have changed your address, contact phone number or email.  If you do not see the GP often these details may have changed. 

Your registration will lapse if you have not seen the GP within a three-year period, and if the details we hold on your file are incorrect, efforts made to keep your enrolment current will fail.  This will result in your enrolment lapsing and visits to the GP or nurse will be more expensive.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
