Mental Health
This year's theme is to take time to kōrero/mā te kōrero, ka ora - a little chat can go a long way.
Connecting with the people in our lives and creating space for conversations about mental health and wellbeing. Whether it’s checking in with family or friends, having a kōrero over some food or saying hello to a stranger, a little chat can go a long way.

You are not alone, and help IS available.
Our community has been through a lot! Life can take a toll on Mental Health.
The earlier you seek help, the better the outcomes have proven to be.

Asking for help is hard, it takes a courageous first step.
We want to make that as easy as possible for you.
If you are not ok, PLEASE reach out and give us a call.
