Laboratory results

When you have a blood test or cervical smear, the nurse will advise you that you will only be contacted if the results need to have some action taken (for example a repeat blood test or follow up with the Doctor).
If your results are insignificant you will not normally be notified. However, you are welcome to ring and speak to a practice nurse if you wish to discuss your results, usually after 2pm.

Before you visit:

Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
