Manage My Health


We recently advised patients about the new Manage My Health patient portal. While we encourage all patients to register, appointments will not be available through the online portal currently. This is because we are unable to guarantee accurate covid management through the online process. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but encourage patients to continue to phone reception on 03 315 6328 to arrange an appointment time.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
