Health Centre Fees 2022
As a community trust we try and keep patient fees at the Amuri Community Health Centre as low as possible and we have been pleased to have held the existing patient fee schedule since 2019.
Amuri Health Centre’s new rates shown below will start on
Tuesday 1st March 2022. This increase is below the CPI rate of 5.9%.
18yrs+ Consult $47
18yrs+ Consult with CSC $19.50
14yrs+ Consult $37
14yrs+ Consult with CSC $13.00
The above charges to see a doctor are for a standard 15-minute appointment; if the appointment involves travel to the patient, extended time, multiple family problems, procedures, medical supplies, travel medicine, or medical certificates, other charges will apply.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
