Before you visit:

• Telephone consultations are encouraged – but face to face consultations are still available
• Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment. No walk-in appointments
• When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
  
  • new or worsening cough
  • sore throat
  • shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
  • loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
  • any other risk factors including being in a location of interest, or contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

• Wear a mask
• Use the COVID app to record your visit (or sign in)
• Use the touch-free hand sanitiser dispenser in the entrance foyer
• Practice social distancing

COVID vaccination clinics continue to operate.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
