Cross Infection


It is our priority, at the Health Centre, to keep our well population healthy. If you feel you may have a contagious illness it is very important that you do not sit in the waiting room, potentially infecting others. Please inform the receptionist that you may be contagious, when you make your appointment, and follow her instructions. Please sanitize your hands and put on a mask before you enter the Reception area. Thank you for your consideration with this matter.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
