Mental Health Awareness

Let’s talk Mental Health!!

In today’s fast paced world and the demands of life, we live under an increasing pressure to perform….
to do better, reach higher, earn more.
To meet more legislation, meet higher expectation, battle unexpected elements,
bounce straight back up from setbacks etc

We are also conditioned to mark our success by our
achievements, appearance, farm profit, bank account, family life etc….

Sometimes it doesn’t go to plan!
Sometimes life becomes a struggle.
We can go from thriving to struggling at any time depending on what happens around you.
Some of us can cope with this, most need support.

You are not alone, and help IS available

Our community has been through a lot! Life can take a toll on Mental Health.
The earlier you seek help, the better the outcomes have proven to be.

Asking for help is hard, it takes a courageous first step.
We want to make that as easy as possible for you.

If you are not ok, PLEASE reach out and give us a call.

One in four people in the world will be affected by mental health problems at some point in their lives. Around 450 million people currently suffer from mental health problems, placing mental health among the leading causes of ill health worldwide. Nearly two-thirds of these people never seek help from a health professional prolonging their illness and reducing their ability to cope.
