PRESCRIPTIONS

Please be aware that due to the TEAROOMS having to close, the CULVERDEN FOUR SQUARE is now the drop off depot for patient medications for the Culverden area. The depots for the Waiau and Rotherham areas remain unchanged at this stage. We will notify the Amuri community of any further changes. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call the Pharmacy or the Health Centre where somebody will be able to help, we will all get through these uncertain times and the team here will continue to look after your health needs. Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
