We would like to welcome Brogan Moate to Amuri Community Health.

Brogan is a Trainee Intern who will be with us with us here at the Health Centre for a few weeks.


You may be asked if you are happy for her to be present and involved with your consultation, your help is greatly appreciated as this is an essential part of Brogan’s training.

Please let reception know if you do not wish to have her present at your visit.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
