Covid Traffic Light Level Red

As part of the traffic light COVID management system we are now in RED.

Therefore, here at the health centre our front door will remain LOCKED.

If you have an appointment with the doctor or nurse, then please continue to arrive at the appropriate time.


Ring the bell at the front door or phone and someone will come to attend to you.
We thank you for your understanding and support in keeping our community safe.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
