Wellness Checks


Are you due for your Annual Wellness Check or never had one?
These are completed over two visits and on the first visit blood tests are done with the practice nurse and a consultation with the doctor. You will have a follow up visit with the doctor to discuss results.
The first GP & PN visits are for 45 minutes and the second GP visit is for 15 minutes with one fee to cover both.
If you would like to make an appointment, please phone reception to arrange a time.
This is a great value service all for $120 for our enrolled population, an additional charge applies for non-enrolled patients.
Give yourself an annual warrant of fitness, we do for our cars, why not for ourselves!!

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
