Covid Vaccination Clinic Open at Amuri Community Health Centre
10am – 2pm

Booked appointments are preferred please, but some walk-in appointments may be available.

Amuri Community Health Centre is running a second Saturday Covid Vaccination Clinic, so those unable to make the Tuesday clinics do not miss out!
If you require your second vaccine or would like to book for your first, this Saturday clinic may work for you. The more people fully vaccinated the better protection we have against COVID-19 and the more freedoms we will have! Summer is nearly here!
Let’s protect ourselves, our Whanau, and our community, book in to get vaccinated!

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
