Health and Wellness – With covid and other viruses out in the community please remember the importance of drinking plenty of water, rest, and cooling cares, also Vit C and old remedies like lemon, honey, and ginger drinks – And we are always here if you need us

Flu Vaccine – We are expecting our flu vaccines to arrive beginning April with Clinics aiming to start Mid – April, look out for our clinic announcements to book your appt.

Free 45- year Wellness Checks – Reminder this is a great opportunity to have a free health check up

Immunisations – Reminder to check these are up to date for all Family and Whanau, particularly Measles and remember 15-30 yrs need a booster if not had one, please call clinic to arrange this

Cervical Smears – Reminder these are free for our enrolled patients

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.
Use the touch-free hand sanitiser dispenser in the entrance foyer
Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
