We are running a dedicated survey for all patients 16yrs and over, it is active until 30^th November 2025.

There has been a great response so far and still plenty of time to share your thoughts and enter the competition.

The results and feedback for the team will help us to measure ‘what we are doing well and what we could do better.’

All results will be anonymous.
