To avoid running out of your medication, please make sure you phone for an appointment at least one week before you need your new prescription.

All patients must be seen by the doctor every three months for repeat medications, unless otherwise indicated and documented by a doctor in the patients notes.

The administrative cost of telephone prescription requests is $15 and the prescription will be available within 3 working days. Urgent requests may incur an additional fee.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
