Registering at the Health Centre

If you reside within our community or would like Amuri Health Centre to be your main point of health care, we encourage you to enrol with us.

You will receive subsidised health care, be eligible for funded services and receive seamless care by doing so.


As per Ministry of Health guidelines may only enrol at one Health Centre.
Although we can provide care to patients who are not enrolled with us, their visits will incur increased fees as we do not receive any funding to subsidise these.


If you are a non-New Zealander on a work visa, you may still be able to enrol. Please contact reception to check if you are eligible.

Open 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Together we can all help to keep our community safe.
Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
