Missed Appointments

In order to discourage people not turning up for their appointments, we charge a $20 fee for missed appointments.

This fee will apply to patients of all ages.

Please note that you will not incur this fee if you ring to cancel or change your appointment.

We hope this will encourage people to ring so that we can then offer their appointments to other patients.

Open 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
