There has been an increase in presentations for patients with FLU-like symptoms with some confirmed cases for Influenza.
If you are suffering with Flu-like symptoms, respiratory problems, coughs or fever, you MUST ring first to be triaged by a nurse before you are seen, if you present without being triaged first, you will be turned away and asked to phone through to speak with the nurse.

You MUST wear a mask if you are given an appointment to attend, this is necessary for all patients including children.  Parents / carers attending the clinic with a patient who may have the illness must also wear a mask.
