Farewell & Welcome back

We would like to thank Dr Richard McCubbin and Dr Deidre Clink for their support for Amuri patients and the Amuri team over the last few months covering staff leave.

We will see Richard again later in the year and wish Deidre all the best for her future endeavours.

 

Dr Margriet Dijkstra will be back early July after some well-earned annual leave and Dr Sarah Ballam mid-July after a period of parental leave.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
