Chickenpox

Chickenpox is a common childhood illness caused by a virus, keep your Tamariki/child  home from school or daycare.

The team have seen an increase in chickenpox presentations in the younger community.  Be vigilant and aware of symptoms, often cold or flu like. If you have an unwell child and need some advice, call on of the nursing team who will be able to help.
