If you require a new ACC medical certificate or an extension to your existing ACC medical certificate following an injury, be aware that you will need to attend an appointment to see the GP for further assessment.

It is important that you plan and organise the appointment prior to the certificate running out as a last-minute appointment may not be available if the clinic is busy.
