Amuri Health Care Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Rotherham, North Canterbury. This is a part time position but could offer full time if preferred to the right candidate, offering the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our diverse patient population, ensuring their well-being and addressing their healthcare needs.
What we're looking for:
• Medical Council registration and a valid licence to practise medicine in the New Zealand
• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably in a rural or community-based setting
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
• Proficiency in using electronic Medtech evolution and other healthcare technologies an advantage
• Commitment to continuing professional development and staying informed of the latest medical advancements

Registered Nurse
Casual Position
Amuri Health Care encompasses Amuri Community Health Centre and Hurunui District Nursing.
Amuri Health Care delivers high quality, innovative and responsive health care throughout our community.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support our exceptional nursing team both in the clinic and in the community.
The position is for a casual nurse, available to cover staff leave within the Clinic at Amuri and / or throughout the four districts, Amuri, Waikari, Amberley and Cheviot.
Applicants must have:
Skills and experience of the successful applicant include excellent communication, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to work constructively both alone and in a team. Previous experience in both primary health care and/or community nursing an advantage.
